Unable to get past the "Unable to access iCloud" screen

You will see this screen titled "Unable to access iCloud" when you disabled iCloud in your iPad Setting app when Daily Notes is configured to sync with iCloud.

You cannot get past this screen unless you re-login to your old iCloud account from your iPad settings and enable iCloud for Daily Notes.

Note: If you wish to disable iCloud for Daily Notes at a later date, you need to do so from within the Daily Notes SETTINGS first and then you may disable it from the iPad iCloud Settings screen. But not the other way around.

The iCloud can be accessed if you bypass icloud activation on iPhone 6 https://www.facebook.com/bypassicloudactivationlock/

My icloud is on but i still can't get past this message. Looks like the procedure is obsolete sompared to the new Settings introduced in recent IOS versions.
